JOURNEY TOWARDS HAPPINESS
“What is the purpose of life?
What if the world that we live in is all just a pretend?
What if the demon is actually our savior and not god?
What if everybody who seems to be happy is actually faking?
What if we were meant to be sad throughout our living?
What if…”
I was confused,
with all the spiral thoughts in my mind,
helplessness, hopelessness and worthlessness ruled my life,
not understanding what was happening,
I was living as a sad human being,
with no vision of life,
I was drowning in the darkest side of the light,
tired, lost and stressed,
I couldn’t live my life to the fullest,
the presumed rainbow-like life seemed black and white,
I had no zeal to feel the daylight,
I was stuck and numb,
pretending to be okay when I was not,
acting strong and bold,
but couldn’t pretend any longer,
because my inner demons were stronger…
One day, an angel finally showed up,
because she couldn’t see me fed up,
and led me to the heavenly path,
showered me with hope and strength,
and told me, “You are strong.
You didn’t do anything wrong.
You can face any challenge.
You can’t understand happiness without sadness.
Just have faith and keep moving.
You have the purpose of living.”
“You have the purpose of living!”
