Psychosocial support for women and children in the entertainment sector

“Naya Bato Naya Paila” was a large, multi-partner project aimed at supporting girls and women working in the entertainment sector in Kathmandu Valley. This project was supported by Terre Des Hommes and US Department of Labor from 1 May 2010 to 31 December 2012. TPO Nepal was the technical partner for psychosocial and mental health care, providing weekly individual and group supervision sessions with counselors and community psychosocial workers of three implementing agencies.
